When we released the NYC Green Cart Cookbook last year, we were lucky to have several top New York City chefs on board. We’ve been keeping tabs on them, and here’s what they’re up to:

Bill Telepan continues his tremendous work with Illumination Fund grantee Wellness in the Schools and is the current authority on ramps.

Alice Waters entered into a partnership with Mandarin Oriental, New York that supports her nonprofit, Edible Schoolyard.
