Housed within the New York Community Trust, the Fund aims to direct more resources and opportunities to ALAANA arts and culture groups, which have been historically disinvested.

Grant:

Purpose: To support the Mosaic Network and Fund

In 2020, the Mosaic Network and Fund committed $4.5 million in grants to 27 ALAANA arts and culture groups in New York City.

These three-year grants range from $21,000 to $300,000 and will help arts groups commission and develop artists of color, build archives to preserve significant cultural assets, expand training and education programs for young people, and strengthen their operations.
